From the South County Journal: WRESTLING: Auburn Riverside got the mild upset, but Kentwood came away with the dual meet win Thursday night. The Ravens' Jadon Redding managed an escape with 35 seconds remaining in his 135-pound bout against Kentwood's Grant Nakashima to secure a 5-4 win. But the Conquerors had the last laugh, getting past the Ravens, 38-24, in South Puget Sound League North Division action. Nakashima took fourth at state last year at 130 pounds while Redding was an alternate. Kentwood was competing without two of its top wrestlers - Jaret Tomalin (125) and Ben Guier (130) - but still managed to pull away thanks to pins from Jonathan Scott (140), Ty Bianco (171) and Ian Staaleson (215). Joseph Cimaomo (189) added a 19-4 technical fall of Jon Meosch for the Conquerors.
